1. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE

1.1    Nothing in these conditions shall affect the buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.

1.2    The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the products in accordance with any written quotation of the Seller which is accepted by the Buyer, or any written or verbal order of the Buyer which is accepted by the Seller including but not limited to orders placed using the Seller’s electronic online ordering service, subject in any case to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or is purported to be made, by the Buyer.

1.3    Any typographical or clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.

1.4    If any provision of these conditions is adjudged invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of those provisions in question shall not be affected.

1.5    If the Seller does not have sufficient stock to be able to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer then any sum paid by the Buyer will be refunded or re-credited to your account and the Seller will notify you at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of your order and the Seller will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

2. ORDERING

2.1    When you opt to order products online you become a buyer. You will be required to provide certain personal and contact details. Remember, any information that you provide for the purpose of making a purchase must be fully complete and accurate. In particular you must ensure that you are legally and fully entitled to place an order:

2.2    use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

  using a false e-mail address;

  that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

  that infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

  that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);

  Advertising or publicising any services, goods or web links to other sites.


3. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

3.1    The prices for goods are quoted in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to change from time to time. All prices are stated inclusive of valued added tax (VAT) at the relevant rate at the time of purchase (currently 20%).

3.2    We reserve the rights at our sole discretion to limit the number of any goods that may be purchased in any transaction or impose any purchasing limits that we may require from time to time.

3.3    We promote a wide range of goods for sale via the Online Store. When you order products and services from this site, we treat this as an offer from you to purchase such products and services.

3.4    We reserve the right to accept or reject any such offer from you at our sole discretion for any legitimate reason. We will notify you if this occurs. If we’re unable to supply the Goods to you, we will refund the relevant amounts if already debited from your card. For example, we may reject your order in any of the following circumstances:

If we cannot supply you, for any reason, with a good order, we will inform you of this and will not process your order. Full refund will be issued within one working day if goods have been paid for.

3.5    Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours and textures of our fabrics that appear in our stores, on our website and in other promotional materials. However, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Many conditions such as your monitor or screen settings and batching, can affect the colouring of fabrics in a picture. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges or complaints related to colour differentiation.

3.6    The details of your purchase submitted over the internet are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL). We may also implement our security procedures to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to enhance, amend and update our security procedures. Our internal security procedures include the processing of your personal and contact details. This processing takes place on a server that is not accessible on the internet. Your information is encrypted for the processing of your transaction. Notwithstanding this, you should be aware of certain risks associated with internet communications. You acknowledge that the internet is a media we have no control over.

3.7    Please note and bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. That includes colour and textures card as well.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1    The accepted methods of payment are

•  Cash

•  Paypal

•  Debit card

•  Bank transfer

4.2    The service charges, including the delivery and the disposal cost should be paid on the day and time of the delivery in cash.

5. ORDER CANCELING & RETURNS 

The below conditions are in addition to your legal statutory Rights under the Consumers Rights Act 2015.

5.1    Any order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods.

5.2    All items must be thoroughly checked within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage caused in transit must be reported to us straight away. We have less than 24 hours to inform the courier and make a claim. If you are not able to do this, please do not purchase.

5.3    If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason, he may, within 14 days of delivery, contact the Seller’s customer service department to notify them that he wishes to return some or all items from his order.

5.4    Buyer must arrange and pay for the return of the goods and will be refunded the full buying price less the cost of delivery (where free delivery is offered, the true cost of delivery will be deducted – receipt/invoice of delivery cost can be provided).

5.4.1    Seller offers the possibility to arrange to pick up the item for return with an additional fee of a minimum £100. The buyer will be informed about the time frame and exact day the courier arrives.

5.4.2    The buyer can arrange to return the item by himself. The seller has to be informed about this option at least two days in advance.

5.5    Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging.

5.6    Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned with damages.

5.7    In the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods we will rectify the error by sending replacement goods or parts.

Please remember: ITEMS PARTIALLY OR FULLY ASSEMBLED CANNOT BE RETURNED.

6. WARRANTY

The 12-month Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

WBBS shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:

6.1.1   Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation;

6.1.2   Disasters such as fire or flood and damage due to humidity in the home

6.1.3   Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorised WBBS representative;

6.1.4   Damages incurred through irresponsible use or other non-recommended practices* *once the furniture piece is built, it cannot be moved. Assembly should occur in the desired position; moving the item, once assembled, will cause damage for which we will not be held responsible. 

6.2    If damage is due to manufacturing issues, WBBS will repair or replace goods (or part of them), resupply or fix a problem with services (or part of them).

6.3    Replacement of parts will be free of charge ONLY if the damages are reported BEFORE assembly. If the customer damages parts during self-assembly, repair or replacement will be possible- but it will come with a fee.

6.4     No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) delivered to the purchaser to fulfil this warranty.
