Delivery
We provide FREE delivery with some exceptions due to distance (unless otherwise stated on the product) - please see the table below:
Islands - The client is responsible for the shipment cost to his Island (e.g. Channel Islands, Isle of Wight)
Delivery Fee (if applicable) has to be paid in CASH on the day.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that ordered goods can be delivered to their final destination. It must ensure that doors, corridors and rooms are big enough for the goods to pass through.
All delivered goods must be unpacked, and the customer must check their condition before assembly. Please let us know if any parts are damaged - new parts can be provided. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned if the assembly is part or fully completed. If we provide assembly service, all damaged parts will be exchanged for a new ones.
Our courier drivers always ensure that transported goods are in good condition. However, we cannot take responsibility for damaging your property while delivering your goods.
Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any other reason than "goods damaged in transit" will be charged with delivery/collection of a minimum £100 -£200.
